Kathryn Salyer Design and Renovation was founded in 2001 with a mission to make great design accessible to everyone.  Whether you're building a new home, renovating an existing home, or remodeling a kitchen, Kathryn Salyer Design will guide you through the process from concept to completion.

 

Kathryn Salyer, owner of Kathryn Salyer Design and Renovation, believes her role is to help clients express their own sense of style while keeping a strong focus on function and value. You can learn more about the process here.

 

Kathryn has extensive experience and a personal passion for new construction and renovation and has long term relationships with many trusted builders and contractors.  She can work with your chosen builder or introduce you to professionals in the industry that fit your needs.

 

With over 50 national and regional design awards and hundreds of happy clients, Kathryn demonstrates a thorough understanding of materials, fixtures and finishes as well as a design sense honed by years of experience. This talent, coupled with a personal approach, has earned Kathryn many satisfied, repeat clients and referrals.

Kathryn belongs to many national design associations including the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and is always focused on staying abreast of the latest design trends and product development in the industry. She is committed to bringing her clients the most up to date information about plumbing, lighting, appliances, cabinetry and flooring in the marketplace.
